I have been going here for lower back pain. Let me tell you. Hannah has helped so much in just the three weeks that i have been seeing her. She is so knowledgeable on how the body works and what will help strengthen the muscles and nerves stimulated around the injury or pain. She is very out going, can definitely tell she loves what she does and helping people. She takes the time to get to know her clients and makes them feel so comfortable. I started seeing Hannah several months ago for severe pain in my right glute and hamstring. I had been dealing with this pain since April. Hannah worked with me twice a week at first, slowly introducing strengthening exercises and stretching, keeping in mind my own comfort. I recently finished the program with no more pain in my glute or hamstring! I highly recommend!
I absolutely love the care, concern, and treatment I'm receiving from Barb! She is so personable, compassionate, and truly cares about my progress with my shoulder! We have come a long way in a short time and amazing results! We're not only working on the target areas, but in correcting my long term bad posture with easy but challenging exercises. I'm looking forward to additional work on a wrist issue next that will involve the use of K Laser wor in hopes to avoid major surgery! I totally recommend them hands down!
Barbara did an incredible job developing a recovery plan to help me through a foot injury. She took the time to listen and effectively diagnose the issue, and then built an exercise plan tailored specifically to my physical capability. The results were fantastic and her care during the process was excellent.
I started going to see Kara when my hip flexor was popping out place due to a running injury. She helped me with exercises and get back to a place where I am pain free when I run.
