Service is very very poor. They never acknowledge customers as they enter the shop. Even in a busy rush, it's your mouth that says "good morning/afternoon! Welcome to Dakota coffee!!! They can't hear a door open and be respectful and polite and greet customers because their hands are busy making orders? They were never taught common courtesy? First impression is everything. You either get and keep customers or loose them the second they want in within 30 seconds. Wow. Just wow.
Nothing special. I know of a club sandwich having 3 slices of toasted bread, this was just a turkey Swiss, 2 skinny bacon strips, ugly lettuce on a cranberry bread, light mayo. Took 25 min for my order! And can't hear the person behind the till at all. Maybe stick with the coffee, my Iced Macha was very good. No soup available. Came with chips, they were terrible.
What a great little shop! It will be a stop on our frequent travels through Wahpeton! My CocoLoco iced latte was delicious and my husband's hot maple chai was sooooo yummy!
