Had South Dakota Butcher smoke 2 Lipons/loins for us for our daughter’s wedding. Easy to work with, prime rib was cooked/smoked to perfection. Everyone love it. Would highly recommend for any event.
Has a wonderful selection of fresh beef, pork, chicken and others. If you want to take home some meat for the freezer they have that as well and even some bundle if you want to save some money. I love their bacon along with their breakfast patties. Anything you buy you will want to go back for more!!! Highly recommend this place!!!
