My lease is up in May and I'm moving here! Super nice staff and the property is beautiful and the amenities are perfect! Can't wait to live there!
Honestly, worst place to "live" ever!! Walls thin as paper, neighbors excessively noisy, dog poop everywhere. Definitely if you want your life miserable, don't wait, apply here. The complex isn't classic or vintage is simply old and poorly maintained. Honest tip : keep away from this.
10/10 would definitely recommend living here especially being so close to a bunch of shopping centers and having access to a park on property. The office and maintenance staff has been nothing but the best. They truly care so much for the residents. Also Park M is such a convenient way to regulate parking on property especially for not being a gated community. Not to forget the amazing amenities they offer like a year-round pool and hot tub! Will be recommending this place to any family and friend.
I have lived her for over 3 years and I have had the most amazing experience with the staff and other residents! The staff is so welcoming and friendly Daniela and Lisa the new property manager have made living here an absolute enjoyable experience the property is very clean and inviting! Expensive horrible place to live. They just got new management and they are money mongering corporate fiends. All they care about is money. They even charge you $15 a MONTH to just park in the open or $75 to park under their rickety old carports that look like they’ll fall apart any second. The appliance in the apartments don’t even work and instead of replacing 20 year old appliances they try and repair them as cheaply as possible. Definitely don’t sign a lease here. It’s impossible to get out if you do.
