UPDATED WE MOVED OUT AND GOT CHARGED FOR THE CARPET damaged but the way they did was flipped the carpet and looked under the carpet to see any stain. I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the behavior and conduct of our property manager, Tina. From the outset, she has acted in a manner that is highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and aggressive toward residents. Tina introduced herself by pounding on our door during a quiet family lunch, completely disregarding our right to peace and privacy just to serve us with *multiple* notices of demand, despite one already being left at our door that day. One of the best places I’ve lived! I just moved a while ago and Daniela and Holly helped me find the perfect apartment. Tina the office manager (I believe) helped answer any extra questions I had! The property is very well kept which is rare now days with apartments. 10/10
You will NEVER find a better apartment complex in the Littleton area. The Dakota has EVERYTHING, plus a pool, for the same rent range as comparable complexes without a pool. And it is open 365 days of the year and is heated! We have three propane grills, umbrellas around the pool, and a pergola covering the grills and outdoor fire. Daniela and Holly are the best in leasing! They are attentive, knowledgeable, helpful, and aware of all the "goings on" on the property.
