Well, the new ownership is starting off stellar. The new office schedule states they’re now closed on weekends as opposed to the previously operational Saturdays — so I guess if you work days and don’t get off until after 5-6 (like many of us do… to afford paying to live here…) good luck ever getting your packages from the in-office-only mail room or even paying rent on months where the first lands on a Saturday and their online payment system is miraculously down 🙃 Great first impression guys.
I’d like to pay my rent— but we were notified that the online payment system is down with no date for it to come back up, and now overnight the office is miraculously closed on weekends, whereas before they were open for half a day on Saturday. I leave for work at 7am and do not get back home until after 7-8pm most days, I imagine the same is true for at least a few others. The office staff and maintenance has always been super responsive, polite and competent. Ashley has made it a priority to resolve any issues almost immediately. Very highly recommended!
