5 Star customer service! Professional and courteous and they really care about their tenant's happiness and needs.
Roy was the gentleman that came out, he was very polite , he gave some advice io use i if this happens again.
Kind of upset we moved into our apartment without knowledge of one of the rooms having a completely busted window & was never told anything about it until I seen it for myself upon move in. Unfortunately none of the washers seem to work in the wash room either... so I had to spend most of my evening at the super wash...
