They’re crappy. I tried to schedule an appointment with them but they said I’m not eligible for one. Don’t go to them
Mental health is not my favorite to talk about nor my favorite to treat. I see Aubrey regularly and Dr. Hess met with me for med management. I have never felt better. I had concerns about other diagnoses but I trusted them. They figured out my symptoms, make sure I’m comfortable with the treatment plan and made me feel human again. Aubrey and Doug are absolutely fantastic, as well as everyone else there! They are very smart, they offer great advice, and their services have literally saved my life (personal testimony.) Aubrey listens to my concerns and takes me seriously. I love how they help patients of all ages, and I wish they had been my doctors when I was a kid. On top of that, their office is BEAUTIFUL. Aubrey is a wonderful and caring Doctor. She makes me feel like a partner in my healthcare rather than just trying to push a treatment on to me. She also doesn't pull any punches and will take the time to explain why a medication or option isn't the best route. The receptionist Taylor is also very welcoming and helpful. Overall I have found this practice to be great to work with and very responsive!
