Aubrey and Doug are absolutely fantastic, as well as everyone else there! They are very smart, they offer great advice, and their services have literally saved my life (personal testimony.) Aubrey listens to my concerns and takes me seriously. I love how they help patients of all ages, and I wish they had been my doctors when I was a kid. On top of that, their office is BEAUTIFUL. Aubrey is a wonderful and caring Doctor. She makes me feel like a partner in my healthcare rather than just trying to push a treatment on to me. She also doesn't pull any punches and will take the time to explain why a medication or option isn't the best route. The receptionist Taylor is also very welcoming and helpful. Overall I have found this practice to be great to work with and very responsive!
Professional. Thorough. Personable. Good listeners. I have been taking Spravato treatments for almost a year and it has benefited me greatly. This is even according to wife and friends!
Highly recommend. Dr. Hess and Aubrey are compassionate, kind, supportive, and encouraging. They are experienced and have been great to work with because they obtain tremendous knowledge on the appropriate path(s), insurance, etc.
