We lost half of our plants over the winter and a few trees. My sod also did not fair well. I reached out to Dakine for warranty support and heard nothing back. Ended up replacing all the lost plants on my own dime. Would not recommend.
Initially was happy with the work, however after a short time I need a couple of warranty repairs with concrete (and they never finished the stucco repair to damage they caused) and I cannot get a response from anyone at the company. Office number has been disconnected, no one is ever there when I stop in, owner won’t answer calls and his mailbox is full, emails go unanswered. I had some work done just over two years ago. In the with, was a retaining wall and stained concrete. I noticed the retaining wall was separating in one area. It's not something that will get better. I still had Robert's number, so I sent him a text. He told me he stepped down 18 months ago. I decided to call the office number and got the message that it was disconnected. Dakine Landscaping of Colorado Springs CO met with us on April 10, 2026 to provide us with a plan and a quote. We requested a retaining wall, hardscaping in a stamped concrete, ramp walkways on the sides of the house for disability access, a secure concrete pad for the spaThey said we would have it in about a week. Dakine Landscaping was contracted to complete residential landscaping work with a standard 6-month workmanship warranty. During the warranty period, multiple issues arose that were reported promptly and repeatedly, yet no response or corrective action was provided by Dakine. The first concern involved improper grading, which I was assured by "Robert" would be "taken care of".
