I've been wanting to try them for a while, this time while Edgewood way I made a point of it, and will be back many times in the future. Staff were super polite and friendly, which was only out done by the taste of the food! The Chicken, collard greens, and mash potatoes. With a amazing tasting piece of corn bread. If you are looking for a taste of the south, with southern friendliness give them a try!
I hate to say this but this food was horrible, I ordered grilled jerk chicken with backed Mac and yams and rice the chicken was dry , the Mac and cheese was wet noodles with cheese and the yams were watery. Then I ordered stuffed catfish with cabbage and yams, the catfish was raw on the inside, the cabbages was ok. The cornbread was crumbly and fell apart before I could even get it out of the plastic. Let me start by saying this is my first time at this place on Wednesday I was back on Thursday and Friday morning for breakfast. Me and my wife enjoyed everything. Everything was fresh hot and delicious. I’m a simple guy.
