Very unprofessional. I called to reschedule my appointment and got confirmed on the new date and time. I show up at the appointment on the rescheduled time and the shop is closed. When I call the shop owner, she proceeds to blame me for not confirming my appointment, which she had already confirmed when I called for the rescheduling. Ew. Don't even waste your time. She sounds like the kind of person who will ruin your hair and blame you for it.
do yall know this lady had the audacity to lock me into the shop because she wanted me to pay PRIOR to seeing my hair done??? don’t go here unless you like getting harassed for your money. I exhibited no behavior that hinted at me running out on her or not paying her. Smh if i could give zero stars i would
Very uncomfortable experience here! She constantly asked me to Zelle her money before the style was done!! She also does lock the door if you don’t do it, so listen to these reviews!!!! -1M/10
Wants you to pay before seeing your hair finished and will lock the door and not let you leave if you don’t. Very odd and unprofessional.
Horrible service! Made me feel very uncomfortable by locking me towards her finishing the style. I will never go back
