When my well quit working recently, I called DAK and they had a tech out the next day. He was friendly and efficient and had the problem identified and fixed within an hour. At $450 for a two-hour service call, and the timer starting when the tech leaves their remote office, they are outrageously expensive. But I'm betting their competition charges the same, and I am confident that DAK is honest. They charge too much, but they don't cheat.
