When my well quit working recently, I called DAK and they had a tech out the next day. He was friendly and efficient and had the problem identified and fixed within an hour. At $450 for a two-hour service call, and the timer starting when the tech leaves their remote office, they are outrageously expensive. Amazing work by DAK Drilling! At 560ft they hit Artesian water! What a gift they have given us. Our well went totally dry last month and we just didn't know which route to go. Ryan and Jordan worked so hard last week and we are so appreciative that we can now stay in our home! Thank you so much!

DAK lacks follow up. I have a leaking well that DAK originally drilled. I asked them to look into what could be done. After 2 months of continual calls to check on the progress of the request, I still do not have any answer. I am having to go to other drillers to try to fix my problem. Very disappointing.
