She helps me keep track of my A1C very well.
Not a happy camper with the Dr’s office, not the Dr herself. Husband had an appt and got into the office in time. But because the front desk was slow to process, he was “late” and could not be seen. As he was talking to them another man was in the phone talking to the answering service saying “I’m right in front of them and they won’t even look at me” . Again Dr is great, her staff needs to be retrained
Dr Daisy Ramirez-Estrada never returns call backs.Had a major problem with my medication. i called every day two and three times for a week. And then the office suggested I make another appointment TWO WEEKS later. I am coughing until I cannot breath with the medication she prescribed not working. Not to mention I have a lung and heart disease. The front desk lady stated she will call when she gets ready. It became so bad I had to be rushed to the emergency room because I could not breathe.
Dr. Ramirez-Estrada gives you the attention that makes you feel she really cares for her patients, no rush and high attention to detail. A feeling of what a good doctor should be.
Dr. Ramirez-Estrada is the true meaning of a doctor who carries ethics, compassion, and gives knowledge to her patients. I have never experience a doctor visit where I felt being heard and understood. She pays a lot of attention to patient details and needs! I sincerely trust Dr. Ramirez-Estrada with my health!
She is a good Dr but every time we go we end up sitting in the waiting room for 30 to 60 minutes. Just went for a scheduled appointment and was told she was an hour and a half behind. I told the staff this was not acceptable and that my time was just as important as hers. They really need to start calling patients to let them know to reschedule or come latter.
I find Dr. Estrada to be a fine and accommodating physician who listens and works with the patient. Her staff is also excellent. 5 Stars.
Dr. Ramirez-Estrada has excellent bedside manner. She sits down and talks to you about your condition and ask how you're doing. I moved here from Dallas and right away she took over my care with ease and professionalism.
