Just an awful management company. Seemed promising at first with their fancy app and promises but don't be fooled, they're only concern is growing their portfolio of properties. They're negligent at best, ignore communications, don't respond in a timely manner and genuinely do not care about you as a resident or your building. They've held move-in fees for months, making it nearly impossible to recover. Lazy. Irresponsible. Slow. Daisy does not care about you as a tenant & the problems you are facing. They make mistakes and do not accept responsibility. They have no integrity! Stay away!

The moment Daisy took over management of our building, bills got sorted, projects got completed, the super got some attention and guidance and the board got Robeel who is so professional, responsive, highly competent and friendly. Robeel is always looking for ways to improve the building state and running. He responds quickly and practically with win win solutions. It's such a relief to have a professional agency managing the building! Could not recommend them highly enough.
