I booked Daisy Nails for my cousin and myself and we both felt very rushed. Nails were uneven and oddly shaped. Usually at the end of a manicure they moisturize your hands with oil or lotion and and give a little massage, there was nothing. Usually after a manicure you should be ready for a party or an event. I arrived at the salon at my scheduled time of 5:45 PM, only to be asked to wait with no clear end in sight for any of the nail techs working on other clients. It was confusing why I was booked at this time if they clearly couldn’t accommodate me. After being seated in the pedicure chair, a nail tech left her existing client to partially start my pedicure and then abruptly left to go back to her client and left me there while I soaked my feet for over 15 minutes while waiting for someone to attend to me to me again.
