I got a French manicure today, but there’s a bubble at the edge and the color uneven.😢 Thanks for your feedback , I attempted to call back on 8/15/2024 @10:12am and asked to speak to you, but the receptionist informed me no manager here and she don’t know the owner name as well. I also asked for her name, she said she don’t know her name either ?? I’m unsure how to process the follow up.

Terrible customer service!!! I did short nails due to the sports I play but Anne kept saying it’s my fault that I am doing short nails and that is why they look bad. If a service is being payed for, the person providing the service should not complain about what the customer is doing.
