I just hit 1year living here. Its inexpensive and nice. Manager, owner and maintenance are all very nice. Toilet broke and I got a new one within a few days. My oven was old and off by 100degrees and new one was installed 2days later. The adults that live here are nice and respectful. Im very happy here and plan on staying until I've saved a down to buy a house.
Manager and Owner of complex both really nice and fair. The complex certainly does not smell of animals and feces like one reviewer suggested.
We have lived here for 3 years. Never caused any problems, never late on rent and even was the resident manager for 1.5 years. This place is run by a slum lord. Getting things fixed is near impossible to get done in a reasonable amount of time. I even got my ac/heating unit replaced after it died, "Because I have a child"(quoted by the manager and owner). This took weeks to get done while my house dropped below 40 degrees at night. So if I didn't have a child, we would have to just deal with it? The building is from the 70's... read more
