Was in the store this evening; first time. My 6 year old daughter needed to use the restroom. We were told to go to some “garage” place (restaurant or something) down the strip. I had intentions of spending a lot more money this evening but instead spent $9.00. Your loss. I’m not going to some random store where I’m clearly not spending money to use a bathroom. Nor will I load and unload my child in a car seat to go find a QT and then return to your store. I won’t be back, way too much trouble.

I messaged this place earlier in the week and asked how they pay out for items. I was told that they give you 30% of the sale price that previous items were sold for like them. Well the girl looked at my stuff and called me up and offered 8 bucks for what I thought was just 2 pairs of boots. Today I went through my stuff and saw 2 pairs of jeans were also taken out of my stuff a part of GAP and a pair of Miss Me. I used to shop there every week. anymore, the clerks are very rude or flat out hurtful. so surprising! I can't go in there anymore without leaving with hurt feelings. such a bummer
My first time going today and I absolutely love it the staff is very sweet and they are fair on buying clothes I will be going back at least once a week
