Good for dry cleaning, not for alterations!! Twice now they have messed up my alterations - once for jeans and the other for a shirt - very bad quality job, but since they are the closest place for me, I still give them my business for dry cleaning - they get the job done. I would probably go somewhere else if there was a close by place, but this will do (except for alterations!)
Customer's Do Not Come First I worked for this dry cleaners for my first job at 15 yrs old. I felt a loyalty to them, so I would take my dry cleaning. They misplace items, charge me an outrageous amount for items I have to dry clean. I do not get credit for their mistakes, they feel only an apology is ok for my inconvenience. I stopped going there. I am very disappointed.
