I actually didn’t have the same outcome after submitting my application. They literally sent me the assessment to take in my email, lesslied than 1 minute later. Took the assessment the next day and within a couple hours they sent me an invite to do an over the phone interview. Hopefully, it goes well this coming Friday. If not, I’ll try again elsewhere. No hard feelings just business

Completed a 90 minute assessment, knowing that I am well qualified for the job just to receive an email stating they are not moving forward. This is Garland, TX so what should I have expected? If you are not Hispanic, you are looked at as unreliable and therefore will not qualify unless of course you are recommended by someone that works there. Just another bias company in Garland!
Very unresponsive and slow hiring managers.
