I called and left a message on a Sunday. Mike (owner) called me around 640am the next morning, before business hours (thank you!). He asked a few clarifying questions and then said he would try to fit me in, even though I still had water and it was not an emergency. He called about a half hour ahead to let me know he was on his way, and when he arrived and saw my property and my well system, he told me that the almost $800 dollar service I was ready to pay for was not truly needed, and he could tell from experience that it w... read more

I called on Tues and Mike came out Wed and after 10 minutes he knew what the problem was. Called my plumber and ordered what I needed. This guy knows his stuff, thank you Mike. Would reccomend this company.
