Went today on taco Tuesday and the lady taking my order Toni was really sweet nice and professional. She greeted my family and I when we walked in. And she came out to check on us to make sure we needed anything. Took our trash and everything. Very good service. Thank you Toni. I will be back to this location.

Update 07/07 - Spoke to the General Manager who had zero empathy whatsoever. Instead, she brings the fact that my dog put her paws on the counter right when we left, yes, obviously as I said, she is a SERVICE dog and knew I was getting very aggravated. No empathy for the situation at all but to try and put the blame on me - obviously the dog is going to react in situations like that - that is exactly what she is trained to do. Used to be great, not anymore. Awful service. They can't get your order correct and then want to argue with you. Awful experience, tried to get in touch with management to no avail. I'm never coming here again. Avoid this location specifically.
Horrible service ordered a heath blizzard minus hot fudge add cone dip. Then was charged extra money for cone dip, unsure why u remove an item but charge for an item. This doesn’t make since, I’m not adding an additional item. So I’m paying double for an item? Maybe I should have asked for the hot fudge on the side & the cone dip in the blizzard , since I’m paying for it.
I've been wondering why people are still working, without education in this place, for God's sake the service is bad, I hope and the owner of this place sees so many bad comments and radically changes his employees
My peanut buster parfait was a rip off. It couldve been covered with a coffee cup lid. Plus is smaller and more expensive. Definitely not worth it.
I have been going to Dairy Queen since the 1970’s. It was a treat for us kids as we didn’t have a lot of money back then. I done the same as my children grew up but thing’s started changing in the 1990’s. Portion sizes got smaller and the price got higher. Now comes 2025 I asked my wife to stop at DQ for some Dilly bars and when she got home and I opened a box I was surprised and disappointed when I saw the size of the dilly bar and then she told me she paid $32.00 for 2 boxes of them and there are only 6 in a box .
