Extremely rude, stood there for 10 minutes with not a single hello
How the hell does this cost $8
Owner is very rude and plays incompetent. I made an online order through the DQ website. Before the order was made I called the store to request a refund. The owner informed me that he didn’t know how to do a refund and I had to go to corporate. When I reached out to corporate I was informed that refunds can only be issued in store.
