Today I was in the restaurant with my son. We witnessed the manager on duty speak to his employee like crap. She was working solo, taking orders and making them. While she was busy making our blizzards 2 kids walked in with a scooter. She wouldn't have seen it. The kids sat by the window and didn't look to be customers. She wouldn't have seen them. I'm sorry but I can't go into this location anymore the poor staff get stared at by the owner I'm assuming. He freaks me out he just stands there watching them very uncomfortable situation I'd say
I usually order a small vanilla ice cream in a cup with the chocolate dip served on the side. I've had other employees at this location and many other locations do this without any issue, but one older gentleman consistently refuses and insists they don't do it on the side. What makes the experience frustrating isn't just the inconsistency, it's the way he speaks to customers, which comes across as rude and dismissive. I completely understand if a store has a policy against serving the dip on the side, but if that's the case... read more

I’ve went to this store a couple of times but this specific old man they call the manager has been a real menace to me, and it turns out it’s not me dealing with him because majority of the reviews here are just about this one guy.
