Two stars for the young man who had to fend for himself during an evening rush. We witnessed the older manager/owner just leave him alone last night and disappeared in the middle of making orders while there were a line up to order and a line up waiting for orders placed. They really need some help over here.
Our go to ice cream shop. They have ice cream cakes, logs, and frozen desert pies as well. Various Chilli dogs, orange jullious drinks. Prices are fair considering today's going rates. Wait times can be a bit much but I understand they have to prepare the ice cream. Still never had any major issues.
Consistently the slowest customer service. If you're the only customer in the shop prepare to wait ~10 minutes for a two item order, if there are three or more customers in the shop you may be there for 40 minutes or more (I truly wish I was exagerating). Also they do not allow customers access to their washroom which I'm fairly certain is illegal in Ontario.
I ordered a banana split, and the employee (an older man) cut the banana with his bare hands, without using gloves or utensils. This was very unhygienic and honestly quite disgusting. Food should always be handled with proper hygiene and care.
