I have never waited so long in a drive thru, I was only third in line. Seems like the place has not staffed to handle service inside and drive thru.
This location is ran by all kids and I have never gotten the correct order. I have lived in hopewell for a year now and all five times I’ve tried this location , it was horrible service. There’s never a manager to fix or make the issues right. Even today I ordered two cheesecake blizzards after working ten hours. Got home to eat them and realized they were chocolate chip. Missy does such an amazing job creating unique cakes for special occasions. Even the ones she had in the freezer open to purchase were decorated so beautifully! Appreciate the time and effort she puts into them and the service she gives with a smile! Thanks again, Missy!
