If I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would. My son had surgery today and all he wanted after his surgery was Dairy Queen soft serve ice cream. We have done this before at other locations but for some reason our request was denied at this location today. I requested an extra large Skor blizzard, with the score bits on the side. So I was prepared to pay for an extra large blizzard and all I asked was that they didn't actually mix it together. The lovely lady at the counter had never heard that request before ... read more

Unwelcoming and rude customer service from the older woman working. Basically our blizzards were just plain ice cream with very little toppings and when we asked for more toppings to be added as the way its supposed to be, she just stared at us like we were crazy… No sense of customer service. We are avoiding this location from now on.

Recently I have been noticing this DQ location cutting back on the amount of blizzard toppings, compared to the DQ on Woolwich. The prices of blizzards come out to $10 for a large so value for money is what I’d expect. I typically have the Reese’s peanut butter blizzard in large and would notice half the blizzard was just soft serve and lacking toppings. Thinking it was the size, I got mediums but noticed the same thing. I switched to s’mores to try and noticed the same thing. When it’s mixed you can’t even tell what blizzar... read more
