I’m giving this location 1 star strictly because of the atmosphere, which really needs serious improvement. Walking in, the place felt oddly lifeless. There was no music at all—just silence, which made everything feel uncomfortable and kind of awkward. A simple background playlist would go a long way in making the environment feel welcoming instead of empty. Alisha the manager was apparently connected that my 3 year old on the spectrum opened up the doors to the ice cream cakes. If you don’t want to cater to children then you’re going to lose business. How awful that someone had to kick me out because “Alisha” in coconut creek didn’t want her ice cream doors open in an ice cream shop that’s already cold. I’ll be calling.

Horrible experience 3/19/26 upon entering the staff seemed angry and irritated. I didn’t come in for a free cone I was a paying customer and I wish I didn’t. Lady who was helping me was rude, impatient, and dismissive. My youngest daughter was trying to get the words out to order and because she wasn’t fast enough the lady stormed off to the back and when she returned she said rudely “Are you ready now?” I ordered and overheard the girl said very loudly “I hate working here and glad im leaving”.
