this is actually the worst dairy queen. the drive thru may be convenient, but half the time they don’t even put what you ask for in ur blizzard. I just got a blizzard with crumbs of brownie in it and not one actual brownie chunk. a few weeks ago i came here and ordered a blizzard with extra butterfinger and got not one piece
I came and saw the employees cleaning the machines and such . It was well before their closing time. The woman lied to me and said their system was frozen. She flipped the screen. I work in the industry that makes these and could tell she was just closing way too early. She proceeded to serve customers after me when she realized that there was a line. Magically the systems rebooted and everything was fine. I don't know if this was racial targeting or just not knowing that closing too early was a really bad look. Bad service ... read more
