This is so unacceptable and unfair to me and my child, especially when it comes to Sanitary issues, while my child was eating his hotdog, he found a hair, and they didn’t do anything about this issue, Never coming again!
Terrible experience at this location. Ordered two Blizzards - mine was fine, but my partner’s came out completely melted and runny. When we asked for it to be remade, the worker tried to argue instead of fixing it. The remake was even worse: barely any chocolate and missing the cheesecake we paid for. Went in tonight and ordered a chocolate extreme blizzard. He didn't tip the blizzard. When I looked down it was liquid. Not frozen at all. Asked for it to be remade. They remade it completely wrong. Asked for a refund and they did everything they could to not refund us. This dairy queen used to be so good until recently
It was stinking warm in there tonight…. Not the greatest service, what I ordered wasn’t what I got plus I didn’t ask for beard hair in my blizzard….. aren’t they supposed to wear hair nets over their facial hair?
Summer time (mid July) and there is 1 person behind the counter. One. Not staffing properly means people like myself walk out and likely many others. The most basic requirement is staffing.
