I went in the dq yesterday with my family and the male manager was wearing booty shorts. it was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional also the place is so hot it’s disgusting. I strongly recommend staying away from this location the people are weird
The staff here are awful and should not be working in this sort of fast past establishment if they can't have proper order accuracy. They made my husband's blizzard like a soupy consistency, the worker didn't even tip it upside down like there supposed to. When I asked them to remake it they did but made a completely different flavor. Went in for an Ice cream cake, mother's 81st birthday. The girls in store helped me pick a cake and wrote onto. Service was great product was perfect. It was enjoyed by kids and adults.
i've had a few cakes done there custom, i've tried in the past month to have 2 cakes done. the last time i went in the lady said we don't know how sorry. try another dairy queen to avoid disappointment 😊
Dairy Queen makes one of the best milkshake! However, this particular location makes the worse and most expensive milkshakes. I was charged two dollars extra for a small milkshake more than any other locations includingToronto. When asked the cashier the reason for the high price, he responded “ because they had to pay higher rent.” Also, the taste of the strawberry milkshake was not the original as the other locations, no strawberries at all! , just a red colour syrup that he added.
