I had the worst experience ever at the Masonville DQ, the staff member was rude and impatient and did not let me break the $10 bill and as a result I almost lost my house keys
The drinks are amazing.
Tastes good but isn't mixed correctly
Rude customer service. Slow to take orders. When I finally was met by a worker to place my order, I was served the wrong item. I kindly corrected and dismissed the mistake. Once I finally got my correct order, they made it poorly and give me a small amount of ice cream. I alway get the ice cream sundae and it is never made this small. The price was the same as I always so that doesn’t make any sense.
This branch of DQ is located in the food corner of Masonville mall, it serves a lot of choices of treat and food like smoothies, juice, ice cream, cake and sandwiches. I used to take smoothies with different flavors as it is delicious and refreshing. The staff are really friendly and helpful, one time I came early 10 minutes before they open and despite that they prepared my order. I recommend the place for London people
