Stay far away from this location. Filthy and poor service. Nobody needs ice cream this badly. Zero stars
They are very happy
The lowest priced diary queen in London, as well as fast, reliable service. The most "stuff" in the blizzards, stirred all the way to the bottom every time. Highly recommend!
Staff were cool, made me the best blizzards I’ve had in a long time. Caramel, Reese’s peaches and cheesecake. Soo good
Their blizzards are melted half the time. Maybe get a new ice cream machine if you're going to keep using that excuse. Also, they really don't treat their customers well. Especially their floor manager. If you have any issues, don't bother even trying. They will just argue with you. The customer is never right. They do not care about you or your business. McDonalds next door has really good McFlurry's. I would recommend just going there.
