False advertisement and poor customer service. I saw mint cookies and ice cream and received just cookies and ice cream. The employee couldn't tell me why the color was so different from the picture. Then I went to taste it, looking for a mint flavor. Totally disappointed. The employee who spoke up, as the acting manager, did not care at all. Needless to say, there are no plans of returning. Money wasted! I will stick to the Dairy Queen in Miramar♡

Lack of customer service!
When we arrived at the store, it was empty. Lia was at the register and attended to us in a very rude manner. She did not want to help us, refused to take our order, and instead started yelling for her coworker to come and take it instead. It was clear that she did not want to work. Fortunately, a young man named Lucas assisted us, and he was very kind and helpful with our order. However, the initial experience with Lia was unacceptable, and we hope this issue is addressed to improve customer service in the future.
