I had a very bad experience at this Dairy Queen. The employee making my Blizzard had long hair, and while some of it was in a ponytail, much of it wasn’t secured. When she bent down behind the counter, her ponytail was literally sitting inside my Blizzard cup on top of my ice cream. I told her immediately. The manager did address it right away and told her to make a new one and put her hair up, which I appreciate. EXCEPTIONAL🤩 the icecream here is quite delicious and the service is always amazing! I have bad dreams and stay up late so I usually find myself getting here 10 minutes before closing most nights, and am greeted with kindness and good service each time! The workers know their shift don't end till the fat lady sings you feel me!!🤣🤣 Great icecream and service! I usually get a pretty complex delicioso order as well

I had such a great experience at Dairy Queen, and I especially wanted to recognize Natalie! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we walked in. She had such a positive attitude and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and correctly. Great customer service can really make a difference, and Natalie went above and beyond.
