got a treatzza from here. was definitely spoiled, the ice cream completely lost its flavour and tasted sour. went back and got a refund. been here many times before for slushies and small items, never had an issue. but this was in the “back” freezer, so maybe something went wrong there. also pretty sure there’s usually some sort of label on the plastic cover, but this didn’t have anything on it. thinking it’s possible they ripped it off because it was past expiry.
Really bad experience!!! Worst customer service… Even the employee doesn’t have knowledge about there own menu .. And answer very rudely … It was my last visit !!!
Ordered a log cake for birthday and there was almost nothing on the inside of the cake. Was basically a log of just chocolate ice cream. So disappointed will never get again from here.
