HORRIBLE. Placed an order here for my son’s cake and when I came to pick it up this random old guy in a winter jacket tried to argue with me that that’s the biggest they can print out photos. Mind you, the icing piping was TERRIBLE. Very unprofessional. I ended up going to a way better DQ on Queen st. I left the other place a review too so you can see what a cake is SUPPOSE to look like… not like this.

There is a grumpy old woman in the shop who does not know how to make blizzard and doesnt know how to talk to customers .. She should be fired. Let me how to escalate her , I have wasted my 15$ by visiting the shop today Aug 3rd 12 pm Her behavior should be there in camera and she is not fit for any customer facing job

Worst customer service ever. This is the second time I have had a major argument with the owner (Sardarji). He is extremely confrontational and argues with everything you say. Absolutely zero professionalism. Do not visit or order online.

If I had lower than 1 star I would definetly do that. The lady who took my order was on the phone during the entire ordering process. She is continuously talking while making the order. The place was unsanitary, the lady had no gloves on and did not wash her hands. Furthermore, she was talking on her and make the order simultaneously which is very unsanitary because I would not know where that phone was kept or how many people might have touched it.
