The gentleman working in the evening (with big mustaches) was very polite and respectful. His customer service was excellent and he served with a smile. Really appreciated the kindness and positive attitude. Great job and great service

Absolutely terrible experience at this Dairy Queen. I placed a mobile pickup order, and when I arrived, the cashier claimed they didn’t receive anything — even after I showed her my mobile order receipt right on my phone. To make sure it wasn’t a glitch, I placed another order right there, and she still claimed it didn’t show up. Then when I tried to redeem my DQ points, she went to call someone instead of helping, came back, and told me I couldn’t use my points at all. I ended up losing 1000 points and got nothing.
