I had a terrible experience at this DQ on March 14 2025 as a regular customer I have always redeemed my points for multiple items without any issues This time I had 1000 points that I rightfully earned but the employee refused to let me redeem them for more than one item which makes no sense If I have earned the points I should be able to use them how I want The employee had no knowledge of the rewards system and was completely unhelpful This was an extremely frustrating experience and I won’t be returning unless the staff i... read more
