The staff is so friendly!! They have such great service and are super efficient!!! This location is great!!!! I keep coming back. Thank you for the custom cinnamon crunch vanilla banana split!!!

Terrible management/ownership. Denied refund after ice cream tasted sour. In what world should a customer be DENIED a refund if they’re not satisfied with their item. Never in my 15+ years coming here have I had an issue and the one time I do, I’m denied my refund. Not to mention $20 for a blizzard and a peanut buster parfait is ridiculous. Not sure if this location got bought out but I do not recommend whatsoever. “No one complained before or after you so we will not provide a refund or a credit” Crazy. Be better.
The best dairy queen in SWFL. Always clean, staff is always friendly and they really know how to make the menu items correct! We always enjoy the treats here. Thanks guys!
Absolutely amazing experience! The service was fast and friendly, and everything was fresh and delicious. The ice cream was perfectly creamy, and the treats were made just right. The place was clean and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a sweet treat. Definitely one of my favorite places to go—highly recommend!
