Great customer service fast clean and helpful
The chicken sandwich was ridiculously small and not even close to worth $11.89. It was worth like $3.50. A much better chicken sandwich is Chick-fil-A or Popeyes.
Just got my order mixed up. Used names for items when they knew I have no idea of the menu. Ended up withadditional item. They refused refund. Paid 10 dollars more for something I dont want. Not comimg back. Thank you for the service.
I was treated so poorly by the young adult who was working yesterday. I told him I thought I had ordered a blizzard w/chocolate ice cream (s’mores), but received vanilla instead. He decided he needed to argue with me rather than make an attempt to resolve the situation. At one point, I even said, “I may have ordered vanilla on accident.” His attitude was horrible the entire time I was talking with him. He kept saying they shouldn’t take the loss.
