First time to any DQ, have been told that the banana split blizzard was amazing. Tried it and loved it a true must have when getting a sweet treat from DQ
No restrooms for customers I had to wash my hands on the garbage with a cup of water literally ridiculous cheap ownership
If I'm southbound on 680 this is a mandatory stop.
We just had two Blizzard's from the San Ramon location and they were AWFUL. The Ice Cream was runny and almost warm - terrible. My wife called for a refund...nada. DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION. THE LEADERSHIP IS INEPT and horrible at basic customer service!
