I was here while store was still open, refused service. Very disappointed. I took the time to drive over to be served and your hours on Apple Maps say you close at 10 PM. When a customer arrives and the door is open and it's 2 (32 mins if you go by maps) mins to close you should serve them.
My recent visit to this Dairy Queen was, without exaggeration, one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. As someone who grew up with Dairy Queen in Arizona and is a fan of the chain, I was incredibly disappointed. It's clear this California franchise owner doesn't prioritize customer satisfaction.
