Dirty Queen at Arrowhead mall is the worst experience I've ever had, literally, I had two sips out of my drink and it was all gone, they fill it with extra ice. I went to complaint and they didn't even care. They didn't suggest any ways to solve the issue, instead they said that's how they were trained and told me to have a good day as the employee walked away. That's not the service to be expected from a brand I've had for years, and enjoyed so many great times with my children at other locations. I even asked for their man... read more
