accidentally ordered the wrong thing, it happens right? i asked the employee at the window if my order was the slush with ice cream and he said yes. it ended up being the wrong item. when i came back to get it fixed, a staff member was very rude and told me it was my fault for being confused about the menu. usually the service is very good here, so being treated in such an accusatory manner was a shocking experience. they wanted me to pay for a second drink when i didn't drink any of the other one. most food service places a... read more
