I’m really disappointed with the customer service I received at this Dairy Queen location. I ordered cupcakes, and when I received them, they had barely any frosting on them. I politely asked if they could add a little more—offering to pay for the extra—but the staff grabbed them from me with an attitude and started commenting that there was already “more than enough” on them. Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a Dairy Queen. So unprofessional, I had an issue with a cake and called to try and resolve the issue and the manager hung up on me for no reason. I tried to call back and they did not answer. Looking to take the next steps to speak with the actual franchise owner to resolve the issue.
