Customer Service needs to be improved!
I ordered online and I was sure that I ordered for delivery. When i look at my email it showed the order for pickup. I explained that to the individual that answered the phone and said i wanted to cancel, i thought it was going to be delivered. But the manager actually offered to deliver my order and he was very nice and did not charge me a divery charge. Thank You
Pretty hard for a business to survive when the.people.you pay to.work aren't even around to take an order. People there to order but no.workers to be.found. Great Job Dq
I was slightly disappointed due to the misinformation I was given over the phone. Upon arrival at this location they pointed me in the right direction and I went to another location that had the larger Oreo ice cream cake that I had asked for.
Always a great stop! The Blizzards are delicious, the staff is friendly, and service is quick. Love coming here for a Blizzard fix!
