Had an exceptional experience. The staff, Airy and Kattrine, went the extra mile to accommodate a single father needing help and very quick to get order ready. Definitely happy 😁
Stopped in @ lunchtime on a weekday for a chili cheese hot dog and was very pleased with the service overall. The very nice attendant on duty was busy cleaning and tidying up when I walked up and when she turned around she even apologized that she did not see me right away. Courteous, polite and professional service with a smile, her name is Jordan and she has earned my repeat business.
Nicest customer service ever! So happy thay I could find a photo of her through Facebook. She deserves to be praised❤️
Last Sunday evening the DQ servers behind the counter worked so hard to help a long line of customers! The ice cream machine wasn’t working well, which slowed things down quite a bit. The servers had an incredible amount of patience during that hectic situation! They remained calm and kind to each customer waiting on their orders.
