Crap service, even crappier managment. I have to remember, when in ashtabula, check the order before driving away.
We had an email announcing a BOGO @ 99cents Blizzard and they would not accept it. We parked and went up to the window to order and we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the area and window cleanliness. Some of the pictures of the selections were faded and not up to date. There seemed to be several employees inside having fun and laughing while I could see my Blizzard sitting on a counter melting. The drive thru was their 1st priority.
