I probably haven't had an Orange Julius in almost 20 years. The one in my hometown closed when I was young, and where I live now doesn't have any. I thought they were all gone. So imagine my surprise encountering this sign wandering through the mall. I had to get one. And I am happy to report, they still slap. They're creamier than ICEEs, not super sweet, cold, tart, refreshing, and this weirdly satisfying texture. We're in Minneapolis for another few days and you know what... I might have to come get one more.

My s’mores blizzard was delicious! Turned it upside down and everything and I did not fall out. This is the only thing I tried for today, but Dairy Queen never disappoints.

Stopped here for the classic Original Orange Julius, and balance it brought. Creamy, cold, and perfectly citrus-sweet—unchanged by time, it feels.
