People working there are nice...prices are up of course but again what isn't. Have good deals on their app. Lots of free parking and glad there is a DQ near me.
I come here for a cupcake all the time and love it! Even if they didn’t have any frozen they would always offer to make one for me which was really sweet. This past time I went they told me they didn’t have any cupcakes. We asked if they could make only one and they said no :( Maybe their policies changed but idk, the person taking the order gave no explanation
Even 1 star is a stretch for this place. There’s a manager there whose name is supposedly Vernon. And man that guy has got to be the most rude disrespectful manager I have ever come across. Both my blizzards were made wrong and he personally challenged me saying he was there and it was made correctly and then proceeded to blame me for the wrong order! 1-2 hours before they close they randomly just won’t answer the drive through speaker and hope you go away
