It was a busy Friday night, teenagers all around the parking lot, and I’m so glad they were open late for a smoothie & a blizzard. People leaving bad reviews should go the to work in retail for a day. It was delish, thank you!
Been going here for 5 years. Not the friendliest of service, as others have mentioned, but my order was always correct until recently. The last 2 times I've gone (which were a week apart) my blizzard was wrong. Once with complete wrong ingredients and the second time an ingredient was missing. Once in 5 years is understandable. Twice in a week suggests a lack of attention.
Always an odd experience. For example, they never tell me my order total. I have to ask for it at the window. The ice cream is usually melty and they never flip the blizzards. Minimal candy in the blizzards. Just feels like penny pinching on their end. Doesn't feel welcoming either. Overall disappointing compared to other fast food in the area that has kind customer service.
