The turtle blizzard mini we had ordered 4 of them on August-09-2025 was melted from the store to home which was 2 minutes drive
Great Ice-cream! Only 3 stars because most of the employees dont have manners. I have been there several times and have said hello and thank you, not once have they said hello or thank you back. If you're looking for friendly customer service I dont recommend this particular DQ as i will not return, the Tricities have other Dairy Queens that treat you right.
I was just at the dq in coquitlam on Monday and i ordered a large orange julius and i asked them to put a rush on my order because i was in a hurry to catch a ferry and one of the staff informed me that they are out of large lids so they offered me two medium orange juliuses and i told them that thats too much sugar for me because i explained to them that i am also a type 2 diabetic and one of the staff came and said yeah well you told us that you are in a big hurry which is true that i did let them know that but the way the... read more
