Ordered a Reese blizzard cake for a birthday celebration. As seen in the photo, the happy birthday message was not centered and was on the left side of the ice cream cake leaving a bunch of awkward space. One would assume they would write it in the center of the cake? It does not look like a product made with pride and care. Not the presentation hoped for and the penmanship was not the best either. If I could, I’d give this location 0 star. The staff are all super unfriendly and hostile. Please consider getting a different job if you can’t even take orders in a friendly manner. Incredible!

Girl denied using points but eventually she used them. What are points for?
I went to order at this Orange Julius location. The hotdog combo no longer includes a Julius drink. Your choice is either bottled water or a soft drink. Why would they stop including their signature drink? Dumb move. Won't be back
