The lady serving us seemed very annoyed and fed up the second we had arrived. When ordering I had asked for a "chocolate cone dipped in chocolate," I ended up being given vanilla. When asking if I could have the right one in the kindest way I could the lady rudely just deadpanned "no you didn't." I did order chocolate, and even if I hadn't and wanted a change the attitude was absolutely unacceptable. I was then served the skimpiest saddest cone as a replacement. The Dairy Queen on Elmore food/Ice Cream taste way better than this one at the mall. 🤮
The employee working the register was very rude. My wife asked if they had a particular item because she didn’t see it on the Menu. She asked the employee where they were on the menu. The employee responds”I don’t know, I don’t study the menu”. They also don’t know how to make a blizzard correctly. All the toppings on the top and hardly any on the bottom.
