Stood at the window as they serviced 3 cars in the drive-thru. They were not that busy.
I stopped by for blizzards for myself and coworkers. There was no one at the window, so I hit the bell for service. After a bit a girl comes from the back with a slight attitude telling me she can't always be upfront at the window. That's understandable but don't act like I'm interrupting YOU when this is your JOB. My order was ready so I walked to the other window and was asked if I needed lids on the blizzards.
