August 30, 2025 ( 3.30 pm) The staff at the cashier was very rude. I asked for a chocolate dip as shown in the picture, but instead I was given chocolate ice cream. When I politely requested for it to be remade, the cashier refused and instead blamed me for the mistake. Very disappointing experience
The product is great and hasn’t changed in 40+ years, but this location had a strong astringent odor that was overwhelming.
Prices of blizzards went up—had one that was supposed to have cake in it. A total of one piece in my cup. Paid almost nine dollars for basically a chocolate ice cream. So disappointing no more!
