Horrible place, customer service is non-existent and the franchise owner could care less.
They were fast
The ice cream is great, but the service time is HORRIBLE!
The soft serve ice cream my husband and I had last week was horrible. The color was not white, my chocolate dipped cone was so runny i had to use about 15 napkins. The malt my husband had tasted old and not a good DQ flavor. It was not the same ice cream DQ has served over the years. If all of the DQs are going to be serving this type going forward I will never go to a DQ again.
