This is easily the worst Dairy Queen in the area\. The service is consistently slow, the lines are long, and the customer service and overall work ethic leave a lot to be desired\. I showed up at 9:50 p\.m\. to order a Blizzard, and I was told they were only serving cups and cones\. When I asked why, I was told that because they close at 10:00, they had already shut everything down\. Staff is friendly enough. That's why its not 1 star. The last several times I've been to this location, they seem unable to make there own product. This last trip I was given a pumpkin pie blizzard, with no pumpkin mix, no cinnamon and a dab of whip cream like they're doing me a favor. Got my money back.
Horrible customer service.
I have been going ti Dairy Queen for years, I love the blizzards, but recently they are skimping on them more and more. The one a bought tonight was almost a inch below the lip of the cup. Years ago they would be a couple of inches above the lip of the cup, that was why the lid was made with a three inch top.
