Tried to sell something when they had advertised it was free. Felt cheated along with dozens of other customers.
The owners are beyond rude!
The owners are very rude, and the customer service is terrible. We went yesterday for the free cone, and they treated all the customers poorly just because they were there for the promotion. This isn’t the first time,we’ve had similar experiences in the past. Basically, if you visit this location with a promotional code or for any special offer, you’ll be treated badly every single time. I went to Dairy Queen today because I heard it was free con day I go with my friends we end up waiting in the line for 1 hour.we get to the front and then the worker tells us we need to get the app and tells us to move aside we lose our spot in line and we have to go all the way to the back. The line was out the door. We end up getting the app and going to the rewards section there should’ve been a barcode that popped up. No barcode was popping up.
