Won't be back to this location. Rude manager. I asked for a vanilla cone with sprinkles just on the side. He told me he couldn't and didn't have a container for it? i asked for some in a cup and he told me no? every other location has done this for me. he said he can put sprinkles on top. he literally put like 5 to be petty. Rude service.

had a really bad experience at this place. The customer service was absolutely awful. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and to make things worse, the owner was just as disrespectful. Instead of trying to help or resolve the issue, they showed no concern at all. It felt like they didn’t care about their customers one bit. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you value respectful service, look elsewhere

I had a very disappointing experience with this location when trying to order a custom cake for my son’s sixth birthday. I initially submitted an order with a circular image for a round cake. About a week later, I received a call from the “cake lady” who was not polite at all—she bluntly told me the image wouldn’t work because their printer only prints square photos.
