Terrible service. Standard location with all the treats, but the people (I think someone works there?) is terrible. Spent just over 10 mins in the store waiting for someone to come up so I could buy a cake. Could here someone talking and laughing in the background. I asked nicely if someone from the back could come and allow us to pay... but instead, the phone went quiet and they pretended no one was there. Dairy Queen Neyagawa Blvd in Oakville has an amazing menu of ice creams and desserts. The staff here are super helpful and friendly, and the service makes the experience even better. I tried the Double Brownie with Choco Flakes (which is discontinued), but they went out of their way to make it special on demand – such a nice gesture! The ice cream was absolutely delicious, and I really appreciated the effort. Highly recommend this location for anyone craving a sweet treat.
