Horrible and very unfriendly service. I went Friday at 9.30pm the staff was very rude and would not help us with a Dairy Queen app. My grandchildren were with me and they said it was embarrassing. I will NEVER go there. I went to Hayes Blvd location and a Pakistani or Indian lady helped us out with a smile.
Very bad experience this time. I visited on 13 afternoon and ther was a guy at billing desk to take order. He was so rude. When we asked one extra spoon his behavior and expression was so rude that we decided to never visit this unit again. This feedback is particularly for that one staff(or owner). I never experienced any rude gesture for other staff members. We visit dairy queen almost every week. My kids like it. Now we started visiting the dundas center. Big no for 2460 Neyagawa.
Wow, I’m actually amazed that i was told the chili was under the cheese followed by have a good day! I don’t normally complain, I try to avoid the controversy. But this was sad and I won’t be returning back to this location.
What a joke . Finally find a Dairy Queen here in Oakville that sells chili cheese dogs pay $8.00 for it and it only has a small amount of cheese when we asked where the chili is the girl said”it’s under the cheese” feel very ripped off. My husband is passive he doesn’t like to complain or cause a scene so he left and is now eating the most disgusting looking hot dog. Please make it worth our money when we are coming to visit (any restaurant)
