Dairy Queen Neyagawa Blvd in Oakville has an amazing menu of ice creams and desserts. The staff here are super helpful and friendly, and the service makes the experience even better. I tried the Double Brownie with Choco Flakes (which is discontinued), but they went out of their way to make it special on demand – such a nice gesture! The ice cream was absolutely delicious, and I really appreciated the effort. Highly recommend this location for anyone craving a sweet treat.

Won't be back to this location. Rude manager. I asked for a vanilla cone with sprinkles just on the side. He told me he couldn't and didn't have a container for it? i asked for some in a cup and he told me no? every other location has done this for me. he said he can put sprinkles on top. he literally put like 5 to be petty. Rude service.

had a really bad experience at this place. The customer service was absolutely awful. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and to make things worse, the owner was just as disrespectful. Instead of trying to help or resolve the issue, they showed no concern at all. It felt like they didn’t care about their customers one bit. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you value respectful service, look elsewhere
