I am writing to formally report a very concerning experience at Dairy Queen location in Elmhurst . On Free Cone Day, I visited with my siblings and boyfriend and placed an order for multiple cones. The employee who assisted us was extremely rude and unprofessional. However, what concerns me most is the lack of basic food safety practices I witnessed. I stopped by for free cone day. The place was very organized with its own line for free cones. The person at the register was very nice and quick. They also didn't run out of ice cream by 4pm which was a huge plus!
Young lady could t use a gc. Didn't understand
